感謝台灣新思科技林榮堅董事長與本系師生分享多年對半導體產業的管理心得。在當前地緣政治的環境下，台灣的技術、政治與人才特質於產業半導體發展都具備得天獨厚的優勢。根據供需定理，基於近年ML、IoT與車用電子裝置爆炸性成長，半導體產業的前景在未來的十年甚至一百年都被預測將繼續大幅有成長，派對才剛剛開始。因此，林榮堅董事長強調在此發展下，公司文化乃至個人文化與價值觀才是公司永續發展的關鍵，也才能確立公司的前進方向與保持利潤的成長。最後，林董事長勉勵同學們建立自己的特質與認清目標，同時期許新世代年輕人能完善自己和成就他人，且更重要的是堅持誠信。

It is very thankful that President Lin in Synopsys shares the managed thoughts on the industry of semiconductor for years to the students in our department. For the geopolitical environment recently, the advantages to the development of industry of semiconductor exist based on technology, politics, and personal characteristics in Taiwan. According to the law of supply and demand, based on the explosive growth of machine learning, IoT and electronic devices in recent years, the substantial growth of semiconductor industry in future is predicted and it is the beginning now. Thus, President Lin emphasizes that the culture in a company, personal culture and value are the keys to sustainable development in a company, and thus establish the developmental direction of a company and growth with profits. Finally, President Lin encourages students to build up the own characteristics and to clarify the target, and expects youngsters to self-enhance and to fulfill others, and it is more important to keep honest.
