很榮幸本系研究所專題討論課程能邀請到洞見未來的陳柏儒執行長。陳執行長首先分享創業的各種艱辛，其中最具挑戰之一的是創業初期公司研發AI多人聲分離引擎，希望利用聲波指向性等特性幫助聽障者在吵雜的環境下有更好的指向聽力體驗。在公司團隊努力下，今年成功創立自有品牌Otoadd，開發外型較大眾化且相對平價的助聽器，針對潛在的聽力障礙客群為市場目標。接著，他分析為何培養新創公司難度這麼高？因現今電商廣告精準投放成本已大幅提升且利潤大量下降，導致過去眾人習慣的商業模式亟待改變。在這樣的商業困境下，陳執行長選擇專注於特殊領域市場，Otoadd提升以人為本的技術，專注於困難場域以及開發台灣市場。最後，他分享管理公司的訣竅：透過經營商業模式的戰術及戰略、良性溝通並積極關注團隊成員的成長；透過上述的技巧領導團隊，達到養成一間公司的目標。

It is a great honor for us to invite Chief Executive Officer Chen in Otoadd. Chief Executive Officer Chen shares the various hardships of starting a business first. One of the most challenging part is that the company developed an AI multi-voice separation engine at the beginning of the business, hoping to use the characteristics of sound waves to help the hearing impaired to have a better hearing-orientated experience in a noisy environment. With the efforts of the company's team, their own brand Otoadd was established successfully this year to develop hearing aids with a more popular appearance and relatively affordable prices, aiming at potential hearing-impaired customers as the market target. Then, he analyzes why it is so difficult to cultivate a startup company. As the cost of precise placement of e-commerce advertisements has risen sharply and profits have fallen sharply, causing the business model that people have been accustomed to in the past needs to be changed urgently. In such a business dilemma, Chief Executive Officer Chen chose to focus on special markets. Otoadd upgraded its human-oriented technology to focus on difficult areas and develop the market in Taiwan. Finally, he shares the know-how of managing a company: By the tactics, strategies of the business model, benign communication and paying attention to the growth of team members actively; by the skills above to lead a team, the target of developing a company will be achieved thus.
