在今日的演講中,講者王嘉博士展示人工智慧如何應用於在離散及連續製程的優化,並舉出機械手臂運作、輸送帶磨損、風扇出廠品質監控等工業常見問題作為實例,說明運用AI演算法可將產品的各項數據特徵化,找出製程最佳條件以優化生產流程。後續又以迴轉機械開發為例,說明人工智慧如何在領域知識和真實數據中結合,以解決方案導入方式評估工業上的問題,使得傳統製造業具有智慧化轉型的潛力,在未來面對更多元、客製化的產品開發需求,仍然能保存其市場競爭力。

In today's speech, the speaker Dr. Jash Wang demonstrated how artificial intelligence can be applied to the optimization of discrete and continuous processes and took common industrial problems such as robotic arm operation, wear of conveyor belt, and fan quality monitoring as examples to explain the AI algorithms can used to characterize various data of products and find out the best condition to optimize the production process. Subsequently, the development of rotary machinery was used as an example to illustrate how artificial intelligence can be combined with domain knowledge and real data to evaluate industrial problems by means of solution introduction, so that the traditional manufacturing industry has the potential for intelligent transformation. Facing demands for product development of more diverse and customized products in the future, the competitiveness in market can still maintain.
