透過將客戶所需要的要求和條件以參數形式輸入使用者介面，在軟體上即可藉由python、C++、及Java等程式語言串流來模擬設計物件的效能。由於採用模擬的手段不僅可省去實際物件的支出，同時也大大減少製成的時間和誤差。在與顧客交流時也可以藉由軟體模擬之數據讓其知道這這樣的成效是否達到要求，或是進行最佳化設計，可以說軟體是工程師和顧客的溝通橋樑。一個軟體工程師要十全十美，各方面樣樣精通，然而這樣的人才真的少之又少，每個資深的軟體工程師都是從菜鳥一點一滴積累而成的！爆肝或許真的是軟體工程師的代名詞，然而在思考的過程中，也是自我精進最快的時刻，在Ansys，張工程師分享他的上司給予他專題設計的時間非常充裕，不會逼迫員工一定要在指定的時間內繳交，換而言之，外商公司給與員工的發展空間較大。張工程師在演講中說到：“當你猶豫要不要做時，就是要做”令我印象深刻，我往往會在決定一件事上花費過多時間，沒有堅定不移的心智來輔佐我做出決定，考慮的點太多導致無法做出抉擇，有了這段肺腑之言，我相信之後的我將對未來有更多的想法，不會在迷茫的度過渾渾噩噩的人生，謝謝張學哲工程師的分享，我很享受這堂課。

By inputting the customer's requirements and conditions in parameter form through the user interface, the software can simulate the performance of designs in programming languages such as Python, C++, and Java. Simulation not only saves the cost of actual objects but also dramatically reduces production time and errors. During communication with customers, software simulation data can be used to let them know whether the desired effect has been achieved or optimization is required. Software is the bridge of communication between engineers and customers. A software engineer is expected to be perfect in every aspect, but such talents are rare. Every senior software engineer has accumulated experience step by step. Working hard may be the synonym of a software engineer, but it is also the time when self-improvement is the fastest. At Ansys, Engineer Zhang shared that his supervisor gave him plenty of time for the design project, without forcing him to submit it within a specified period. In other words, foreign companies provide employees with more room for development. Engineer Zhang said in his speech, "When you hesitate to do something, that's when you should do it." This deeply impressed me. I often spend too much time deciding on something without a firm and decisive mind to help me make a decision. Considering too many aspects leads to the inability to make a choice. With this sincere advice, I believe that I will have more ideas for the future and will not wander through life confusedly.
