1974級系友助學金
Class of 1974 Alumni Scholarship
|
每名新臺幣3萬元，每學期3名或以上。
NTD 30,000 per recipient, with 3 or more recipients each semester.
|
本系大學部、研究所有助學金需要學生。
Undergraduate and graduate students in the department who require financial aid.
|
1. 前一學期學業成績總平均在65分（GPA 1.95）以上，無不良紀錄。
2. 家境清寒並未受領其他獎學金。
3. 申請人若同學年度獲得本獎學金及其他獎學金，應誠實告知並擇一受領，若未誠實告知，將追回已發放之本獎學金(情況特殊者除外)。
1. A minimum overall academic average of 65 points (GPA 1.95) in the previous semester, with no negative records.
2. Financially disadvantaged and not receiving other scholarships.
3. If the applicant receives this scholarship and another scholarship in the same academic year, they must honestly disclose and choose only one to accept. Failure to disclose will result in the retrieval of this scholarship (except in special circumstances).

每名新臺幣3萬元，1~3名。
NTD 30,000 per recipient, with 1 to 3 recipients.

林嘉瑞校友清寒助學金
Lin Chia-Jui Alumni Financial Aid Scholarship
|
每名新臺幣1萬元，每學期至多獎助2名。
NTD 10,000 per recipient, with a maximum of 2 recipients per semester.

本系碩士班在學學生。
Current master's students in the department.
|
1. 家境清寒。
2. 前一學期學業成績總平均在75分（GPA 2.93）以上，無不良記錄者。
3. 受領本助學金者，本學期不得兼領其他獎助學金，情況特殊者可兼領其他獎助學金。
1. Financially disadvantaged.
2. An overall academic average of 75 points (GPA 2.93) or above in the previous semester, with no negative records.
3. Recipients of this financial aid are not allowed to receive other scholarships or financial aid during the same semester, except in special circumstances where dual funding is permitted.

研究生扶助金
Graduate Student Aid Fund
|
每名新臺幣1萬~3萬元，1~5名。
NTD 10,000 to 30,000 per recipient, with 1 to 5 recipients.
|
本系研究所有助學金需要學生。
Graduate students in the department who require financial aid.
|
1. 須非在職生。
2. 家境清寒。
3. 以未領取獎助學金者優先。
1. Must be a full-time student (not employed).
2. Financially disadvantaged.
3. Priority will be given to those who have not received any scholarships or financial aid.

※ 申請人請填寫附件6之獎學金申請提交表單email至承辦人員電子信箱chiench@ntu.edu.tw，並請將申請文件依下述順序順序排列，於截止日期前送交至化工二館N210室。
1. 申請表（版本更新，請用附件新版申請表）。
2. 切結書。
3. 歷年成績單影本。
4. 獎懲紀錄證明影本。
5. 戶籍謄本。
6. 家境清寒證明文件，例如：政府開立之低收入戶、中低收入戶、特殊境遇證明，家中發生變故，或其他相關證明如助學貸款等。並需檢附全家人前一年國稅局或稅捐處所得資料清單正本或有國稅局浮水印之影本。
※ Applicants are required to fill out the Scholarship Submission Form (Attachment 6) and email it to the responsible staff member at chiench@ntu.edu.tw. Please arrange the application documents in the following order and submit them to Rm. N210, Tseng Jiang Hall North Wing, before the deadline.
1. Application form (updated version; please use the new application form in the attachment).
2. Declaration form.
3. Photocopy of transcripts from all academic years.
4. Photocopy of award and penalty records.
5. Household registration transcript.
6. Documentation proving financial hardship, such as government-issued certificates for low-income households, middle-low income households, or special circumstances, as well as evidence of any family emergencies or related documentation such as student loans. Additionally, include the original or a photocopy with the National Tax Bureau watermark of the income information list for all family members from the previous year.
