Stress levels could rise under any circumstances, in order to decompress, how are we able to aware our own conditions and to take care of ourselves? How are we able to evaluate our stress and thus to take actions? On Dec. 28, 2020, Art Therapist Ming-fu Wu will be introducing mindfulness activities including self-awareness, mental health assessment, and mandala art therapy.
