There are five divisions in the Personnel Department:
A. Employment Division
B. Assessment Division
C. Retirement, Pension and Insurance Division
D. Personnel Division of College of Medicine
E. Integrated Affairs Division
F. Administrative Personnel Division
The tasks of each division are as follows:
A. Employment Division:
- Handle paperwork on recruitment
- Deal with dismissal and promotion of faculty and staff
- Salary scales and their transfers
B. Assessment Division:
- Reward and discipline management
- Training and study programs
- Leave of absence and related staff management
- Staff assessment
C. Retirement, Pension and Insurance Division:
- Compensation and welfare management
- Insurance and retirement management
- Survivor benefits
- Analysis of personnel statistics and other personnel related matters
D. Personnel Division of College of Medicine:
- Provide services in relation to the recruitment, selection and employment of College of Medicine
- Handle paperwork on appointment, dismissal and promotion of faculty and staff, as well as their salary scales and their transfers
- Reward, discipline, training and study programs, leave of absence, appeals, compensation and welfare, insurance and retirement and survivor benefits
- Analysis of personnel statistics and other personnel related matters
E. Integrated Affairs Division:
- Handle all of personnel affairs about technicians and manual workers and Contract employees except leave of absence
- Relevant matters of National Health Insurance, labor insurance and labor pensions
F. Administrative Personnel Division:
- Handling the distribution of NTU staff, and their job attribution, employment, paperwork on recruitment as well as salary appraisal.
- Handle paperwork on appointment, dismissal and promotion of staff.
- Analysis of personnel statistics and other personnel related matters.
