「小動物耳鼻喉暨臨床睡眠研究室」成立於2022年，隸屬於國立台灣大學獸醫專業學院，臨床動物醫學研究所，為由小動物外科助理教授劉乃潔獸醫師帶領之臨床研究及醫療團隊。耳、鼻、喉為動物（包括人）身體中三個在解剖上及功能上息息相關的重要器官，當這些器官出問題時，可能影響呼吸、進食、睡眠等生命最基本的機能。本研究室落實實證醫學，臨床決策與病患治療以最新之科學證據為基礎，並整合臨床經驗與飼主及動物之感受，以提供更有效且安全的醫療。
The Small Animal ENT and Sleep Medicine Lab was established in 2022 and is affiliated with the School of Veterinary Medicine at National Taiwan University. This clinical research and medical team is led by Dr. Nai-Chieh Liu, an Assistant Professor of Small Animal Surgery. The ear, nose, and throat are three anatomically and functionally interrelated critical organs in both animals and humans. Problems in these organs can affect fundamental life functions such as breathing, eating, and sleeping. Our lab is dedicated to evidence-based medicine, ensuring that clinical decisions and patient treatments are grounded in the latest scientific evidence, integrating clinical experience, and considering the perspectives of both owners and animals to provide more effective and safer medical care.
