    • 研究主題
      • 固態離子學
        研究電子與離子在固態材料中的傳輸及儲存機制。此研究結合缺陷化學與固態物理,並進一步開發新世代的能源與半導體元件。
      • 電化學
        結合光譜學及動力學模擬,研究電化學反應機制與電催化材料。研究主題包含界面反應、空間電荷效應、電化學機械反應等。
      • 半導體物理
        研究晶體中電子與離子的交互作用。藉由晶格缺陷與離子濃度的改變,調控晶體中電子的傳輸行為,並研發高效能的光電二極體與記憶體。
